We are seeking a mission-focused VoIP DVTC Engineer to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Washington, DC / Reston, VA / Tampa, FL!   Join our team at the forefront of advancing communication systems for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. This role is part of a dynamic program focused on Engineering and Operations, driving continuous improvements in the design, transition, operations, and service of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communication services across classified and unclassified networks.   As an experienced UC and VTC Engineer, you will provide expert design, analysis, research, and operation support to exceptionally complex UC and VTC problems. You will work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally.    Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: - Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise; sought out by others for advice and guidance. - Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the UC and VTC technologies and services. - Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Expertise in at least two of the below domains: Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management). - Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies. - May serve as a technical consultant to a project(s) dealing with UC and VTC services. - Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs. - Established and productive individual contributor - Works independently with general supervision. - Problems faced can be difficult and complex. - May influence others technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

We are seeking a mission-focused NOC Tier II Network Administrator to contribute to our government customer’s success in Washington, DC!   This position supports a communication system for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise across its CONUS & OCONUS operating locations. It is an exciting program providing Engineering and Operations support. It will be the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, or Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP) activities associated with the clients’ LANs, CAN, and Unified Communication (Voice, Video, and data) on multiple classified networks.   As a Tier 2 Network Administrator, you will be challenged with enterprise support problems where you will coordinate with other NOC and Operational staff to address break fix, minor configuration update, schedule add moves and changes and technology upgrades and installs for Network routers and switches. You will be expected as one of experienced Network team members to coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions. You will support the development of technical resolution reports for critical outages in the Network.    Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: - Perform System patching and IAVA patches to network routers and switches - Performing IOS and Software upgrades - Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network operations - Troubleshooting systems failures and accessibility problems within the Network to our services - Monitor network performance, track usage, and develop capacity planning reports - Making recommendations that enhance operational efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and overall operations - Uses experience and knowledge articles to understand/implement potential workarounds - Updates knowledge articles and handles "how to" questions - Support KM management by entering solutions into the Solutions database. - Support engineering design data calls - Support new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale - Perform Network ticket resolution - Completes initial categorization of Service Requests (type, sub-type, location device, priority, etc.)   - Support Network ticket closure across Network OPS staff to include: - Use administrative access to the Network to provision new switches, routers, VLANs, and Krypto - Uses administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, and problems, perform incident analysis, and identify potential issues - Routing Service Requests to the appropriate organization required for incident resolution  - Performs root cause analyses - Completes problem resolutions associated with the incident ticket(s) - May configure, deploy, manage, and maintain Network monitoring systems used by the technicians to ensure availability and overall performance of system and services

We are seeking a mission-focused 3rd Shift SrNetwork Administrator to support the design, development, and deployment of a new DevOps infrastructure and advanced cybersecurity capabilities in Pensacola, FL.   We are supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. The Sr. Cyber Security Incident Responder will support our customer in the detection, response, mitigation, and reporting of cyber threats affecting the client networks.   Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities - Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as a key contributor responsible for the implementation of advanced cybersecurity capabilities, including the selection of hardware and software and the design of infrastructure services required to enable the cybersecurity capabilities. - Maintaining current knowledge of hardware and software applications. - Work with engineering to develop high quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items and supporting product line training. - Backup and restore network device configuration - Break fix actions/O&M - Upgrading network equipment - Port Open Requests- Implement firewall policies - Sustainment of CISA networking architecture - Expected to do some installation work.
