This role is part of a dynamic program focused on Engineering and Operations, driving continuous improvements in the design, transition, operations, and service of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communication services across classified and unclassified networks.   Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: - Provide more in-depth customer support and attempts to resolve incidents that could not be resolved by Tier 1. - Provide customer desktop support when required (e.g., hardware failures) and incident management functions alongside problem management as an analysis of incidents that may indicate a larger problem. - Demonstrate innovative engineering acumen for improvements to site, location, or enterprise performance. - Perform technical refresh activities at local sites when required. - Make recommendations that enhance efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and overall operations. - Participate in engineering designs/decisions that impact technical refresh of components directly impacting mission success. - Manage the implementation, installation, and technical refresh of projects within a site or locale. - May require unpacking, moving network components of average weight and volume. - Will require local travel to other sites for tech refresh updates when needed. - Provide detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand problems. - Provide technical solutions employing creativity and ingenuity across the enterprise, drawing heavily on prior experience. - May influence other technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. - Complete initial categorization of service requests (type, sub-type, location device, priority, etc.). - Utilize experience and knowledge articles to understand and implement potential workarounds. - Resolve incidents or escalate to the next tier as necessary. - Update knowledge articles and handle “how to” questions. - Configure, deploy, manage, and maintain network monitoring systems used by technicians to ensure availability and overall performance of system and network services. - Use administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems, and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems. - Resolve service and routing requests to the appropriate organization required for incident resolution. - Perform root cause analysis and complete problem resolutions associated with incident ticket(s) and enter solutions into the solutions database.

We are seeking a mission-focused Sr. COMSEC Administrator to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Washington, D.C.!   Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: - Maintaining up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures. - Completing required NSA COMSEC training within the required performance timelines. - Programming and local distribution of COMSEC devices to include but not limited to; Secure Telephone Equipment (STE), Sectera vIPer Universal Secure phone, and network encryptor solutions (i.e. TACLANEs). - Order, receipt, loading and management of COMSEC keying material using devices such as the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices as necessary. - Ensure each COMSEC Element accounts are in compliance with NSA policies. - Provide technical and administrative support to COMSEC equipment holders. - Maintain a stock of COMSEC equipment to provide immediate replacement of operational equipment for use in establishing emergency circuits and to replace equipment in need of repair. - Provide technical support to DSS to facilitate interoperability of purchases of COMSEC equipment. - Update and maintain the SOPs for COMSEC activities. - Re-key all circuits as required. - Assist in properly storing, managing, and maintaining accountability within KMI on all COMSEC material and assets. - Ensure prompt and accurate preparation, signature, and submission of account correspondence, message, and accounting reports.
