We are seeking a Program Planner/Scheduler for the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of IT and Cybersecurity-based project schedules, project documentation, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The position will be an integral part of a small Program Management (PM) team to ensure the schedule/project plan (scope, cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) is executing as planned. Additionally the position will provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and network logic validation. The successful candidate will be an advocate in the discipline of classic PMBOK project planning principles and scheduling (both waterfall and Agile) and must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to proactively communicate with all levels of management, the customer, and other stakeholders are required.

• A current Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Must be able to obtain DHS suitability prior to starting employment.
• Must have a familiarity with project management, project planning and scheduling.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Project experience (or similar project scheduling software).
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have basic knowledge and fundamental understanding of IT and Cybersecurity (LANs, WANs, firewalls, routers, switches, virtual environments).
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all levels of management.
• Demonstrated, polished presentation skills that succinctly articulate complex ideas and concepts at executive levels of management.

Education:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of PMI PMBOK framework and common Project Management processes and procedures, Risk Management, and Earned Value Management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Project Teams (PT) in planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost estimating tasks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification.
