As the PMO Program Manager you will be responsible for standing up and managing a new Project Management Office (PMO). You are responsible for effectively delivering business results by creating a culture of accountability and consistent project & program management practices. You should have experience in leading a team and supervising a group of project managers and support staff. The primary focus of the business is Information Technology focused on Data Center Management.
As the PMO Program manager will be expected to achieve desired business outcomes by leading complex cross-functional programs. You must be able to effectively direct the PMO to deliver and meet program objectives and design programs to achieve them. Demonstrate leadership, partnership, and collaboration. A key element of your position will be achieving program buy-in at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
