  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of the application including managing release schedule, deployment of code in QA environment
  • Develops and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures both manual and automated
  • Develop clear, concise/comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Oversee implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests
  • Works with QA Manager and establishes priorities for testing, highlighting any issues, works with product management and engineers on individual features
  • Assists in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
  • Assists management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization


  • Experience in testing various web applications, mobile applications along with API testing using Postman
  • Experience in test automation and creating repeatable, maintainable, automated test suites using Selenium
  • Strong communication skills in addition to understanding of software development lifecycle , best practices, agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies and working with development as well product teams
  • Strong ability to debug application log and work with developers in solving problems
  • Ability to lead initiatives and independently drive progress on finding issues and getting them fixed
  • Strong analytical skills, analyze complex situations and manage all variables to achieve optimal solutions
  • Strong understanding of defect management tools such as JIRA
  • Strong hands on experience working with databases and using SQL
  • US Citizenship is required
